Dorothy Louise Burns

Dorothy Louise Burns age 93, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 13, 2017. She was born in Baytown, Texas on September 3, 1924. She enjoyed her flowers, crafts, working with her hands and very much enjoyed religious music. She was a very friendly, loving person, was faithful to her Lord and will be loved and missed by all who knew her. She preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Burns; and parents, Jossie A. Wakefield Sweeney and Emmett A. Sweeney.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Jossie Fay Box, Joyce L. Wingate, Richard Burns and Emmett Burns; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
