Amelia (Millie) Salinas, 83, of Baytown went to eternal rest in Heaven on January 30th 2019. Millie was born on August 27, 1935 in Baytown, TX to Pedro and Felicitas (Campos) Bravo. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and family, baking, cooking, decorating and following baseball events and most of all she loved being with her family especially grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very strong loving person who is now looking over family from Heaven. She is preceded in death by parents Pedro and Felicitas Bravo. She is survived by husband Elbert (Bits) Salinas, son Larry Salinas and wife Ann, grandkids Jared, EJ, Jason, Robert and Neal. Great- grandkids Justin and Jayden. Son Russell Salinas and wife Sheila, grandkids Tara Waddell and husband Tim, Sean, Kyle and wife Andrea and Christian. Great- grandkids Nixon, Weston, Kennedi, Presli, Jake, Olivia and Ashford. Brother and sisters Pat and Olga Bravo, Lina and Ken Evans, Norma and Johnny Gonzales, Alma and David Rodriguez and Maggie Bravo brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Carmen Martinez, Armando and Theresa Salinas and Irma and Artie Oviedo as well as nieces, nephews and friends. She will always be with us in our hearts.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Sterling White Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. A rosary followed by funeral services will immediately begin at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
