Charles Joseph Brechtel Sr.

Charles Joseph Brechtel Sr. age 75, went to be with the Lord on Saturday March 10, 2018. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 1, 1942 to Frieda Woll Brechtel and Milton James Brechtel Sr. He enjoyed watching tv and traveling but most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He had a great sense of humor, was the life of the party, he was a business owner who loved his family very much and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Rosy Faye Brechtel . 

Charles is survived by his children, Vicki Lynn Smith (and husband, Kevin) ,  Charles J. Brechtel Jr. (and wife, Melanie) and Christopher J. Brechtel (and wife, Theresa) ; his step-children, Craig Mooty and Cindie Mooty (and husband,Royce Dillard); his grandchildren, Jonathan McDonald (and wife, Esther), John Michael Bynum (and wife, Kim), Cooper Brechtel, Maddi Smith, Billy McDonald (and wife,JC), Amanda Mooty, Charles “C.J.” Smith, David Mooty, Cora Brechtel and Baylee Brechtel; his great-grandchildren, Liam McDonald, Loghan McDonald, Gage Mooty, Harper Lewandowski and Eli McDonald; his sister and brother, Carol A. Brechtel and Milton J. Brechtel . Also survived by other relatives and many friends.
