Charles Junior Gibbons

Charles Junior Gibbons age 77 passed away Sunday July 14, 2019 in Baytown. Charles was born in Springfield, Ohio April 3, 1942 the son of the late Charles Lewis Gibbons and Clareece Simpson Gibbons. Charles was a man who loved to new adventures and being able to see new things. His fifty year career as an owner operator truck driver gave him that opportunity. A Vietnam Veteran he served in the US Air Force from 1963-1965. He loved Harley Davidsons and was a great story teller. He was sitting board member of the Gulf Coast Radio Control Club, as well as a field Manager for the club. He had a passion for his remote control airplanes especially the, “Warbirds.” He leaves behind to cherish his memory his companion Helen Heider, and his caretakers Sylvia L. Cooper and Sharon Smith.
