Gary Manuel Lamb

Gary Manuel Lamb, 60, of Highlands, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. He was born on October 31, 1960, in Baytown, Texas to Donald Oran Lamb and Sylvia Rose Listi Arsement. Gary graduated from Sterling High School and went on to Angelina College. He was employed with Covestro as a Safety Supervisor.

Gary enjoyed watching the Houston Astros, fishing, gardening, and cooking. He was notorious for teasing his nieces and nephews, cool dance moves, and waving at everyone as he rode by. Gary was always there for you when you were in a bind and would never complain. Gary was a wonderful father, caring husband, and a friend to all. Gary will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Rose Listi; and step-mother, Patricia Johnson Lamb.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Lamb; children, Matthew Lamb, Jessica Regina Lamb and Dexter Gutierrez, and Sean Cameron Lamb and wife Rachel; father, Donald Lamb; brothers, Donnie Lamb and wife Kim, Ronnie Lamb and wife Jodi, Darrell Lamb and wife Dana, and Herbert Crocker and wife Crystal; father-in-law, Regino Lopez Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.

Honoring the family by serving as Pallbearers will be Corey Lamb, Dalton Crocker, Garrett Lamb, Rusty Lamb, Jimmy Twardowski, Michael Listi, Dane Listi, and Gilbert Lopez; Honorary Pallbearers will be Eric Turner, Evan Lopez and Dexter Gutierrez.

Visitation for Gary will take place from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at First Baptist Highlands, 210 N Magnolia St, Highlands, Texas with services to begin at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Sterling-White Cemetery.
