Gary Lyndon Taylor

Gary Lyndon Taylor, 79, of Baytown, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. He was born on August 11, 1940 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Gary Novel Taylor and Colene Washburn Taylor. He was married to Patricia Rose Gibson Taylor for 57 years. Gary loved being around his family and playing with his grandchildren. Gary worked for Gulf and Chevron as an Operator. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, and working on cars, if it had a motor he could fix it. Gary was creative and enjoyed designing and building many things. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Colene Taylor; and grandson, Chrispher Pilcher.

Gary is survived by his wife, Patricia Taylor; son, Larry Taylor and wife Rossana; daughter, Angela Pilcher; grandchildren, Brittany Pilcher and Travis Taylor; great-grandchildren, Riley Thorp and Austin Thorp.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Sterling White Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sterling White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas 77562.
