Marjorie Faye Nicholson

Marjorie Faye Nicholson age 86, went to be with the Lord on Saturday November 3, 2018. She was born in Rusk, Texas to Nettie Lucille Phillips Westbrook and Oscar Vernon Westbrook. She enjoyed reading and attending church but most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her great-great- grandchild.  She was a very independent, giving person who always put her family first, she could be strong willed at times and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dan Nicholson and her brother, Gerald Westbrook. 

 Marjorie is survived by her sons, Steve Nicholson and Daniel Nicholson (and wife, Ellen); her grandchildren, Dan W. Nicholson (and Fiancé, Judy Haynes), Jeremy Nicholson, Julie Purdum (and husband, Bobby), Ashley Kemp (and husband, K.C.), Dani Jo Kelly (and husband, Matt), Brodie, Cody and Dusty Nicholson. Also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, Addilyn Nicholson, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, on Friday evening November 9, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services will be held on Saturday morning November 10, 2018 in Sterling White Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
