Nadine Marie Harbaugh

Nadine Harbaugh 90, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. She was born on March 26, 1928 to George Barton and Faye Bowman Barton. Nadine grew up in Kansas and was still a farm girl at heart. She was an athletic child who started playing volleyball and golf at a young age, and continued to love the two sports throughout the years. Her family would describe her as both feisty and selfless. She enjoyed making stained glass and crocheting, as she made blankets for all her grandchildren. Nadine will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 72 years, Everett Harbaugh; daughter, Patsy Raines; parents, George Barton and Faye Bowman; and brother Tom Barton.

 Nadine is survived by her son, Michael Harbaugh (and wife, Susan); grandchildren, Staci Gullingsruud (and husband, Jason), Sam Cox (and wife, Sara), Aaron Harbaugh (and wife, Maria), Jana Cozart (and husband, Sean), Daniel Harbaugh (and wife, Samecia), David Harbaugh (and wife, Laurel), Katelyn Pareja (and husband, Santiago), Julie Harbaugh and Joel Harbaugh. She is also survived 6 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Hillside Church, 12319 TX-146, Mont Belvieu, TX. Interment to follow in Sterling-White Cemetery.
