Patsy Linscomb McCartney

Patsy Linscomb McCartney age 75, went to be with the Lord on Saturday November 10, 2018. She was born in Orange, Texas on May 27, 1943 to Sarah Linscomb and Jake Linscomb. She enjoyed camping, fishing and road trips to the mountains but most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She was a very sweet kind and loving person who could be strong willed at times and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Gene, Donald and Roy Linscomb; her grandson, Brandon McCartney; her sister-in-law Pat Linscomb and her nephew Shawn Linscomb. 

    Patsy is survived by her children, Lacey Kovacs (and husband, Stephen) and Russell McCartney (and wife, Dina); her grandchildren, Krystal Phillips (and husband, Eric) and Hunter McCartney (and wife Caitlin) and her great- granddaughter, Libby Phillips. Also survived by other relatives and many friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, on Wednesday November 14, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by services in Sterling white funeral Home. Interment will be private.
