Paula Delgado

Paula Cabrera Delgado, 86, of Crosby, Texas, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020. She was born on January 26, 1934 in Bishop, Texas to Tomas Cabrera and Manuela Castillo Cabrera. Paula believed in the Lord and prayed at home. She enjoyed working crosswords, sewing, and crocheting. When she was able, she loved cooking and was wonderful at it. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Martin A. Delgado; parents, Tomas and Manuela Cabrera; siblings, Rafela De La Rosa, Augostina Cabrera, and Gerarda Figueroa.  

Paula is survived by her children, Norma Hernandez, Enedina Bejaran, and Noe Delgado; grandchildren, Michelle Hernandez, Daniel Martinez, Christopher Gonzales, Eddie Gonzales, and Vanessa Delgado; great-grandchildren, Mercedes Sanchez, Matthew Gonzales, Aaron Gonzales, Natali Gonzales, and Daniel Gonzales; siblings, Victoria Hinojosa and Tomas Cabrera; and a host of extended family and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 9:00am to 11:00am on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Sterling White Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Sterling White Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sterling White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas 77562.
