Robbie Kay Valt

Robbie Kay Valt, 60, of Crosby, Texas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Robbie was born on October 17, 1957 to Elmer and Joan Roderick. Robbie was loving and nurturing and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as well as gardening, fishing, sporting events, cooking shows and painting. Robbie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer Earl and Joan Kay and also her brothers Elmer Earl Jr., and Raymond Earl Roderick. 

Robbie is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Patrick Valt Sr.; three sons, Patrick Valt Jr. and wife Kim of Crosby, TX, Phillip Valt and partner Will Fingleman of Houston, TX and Richard Valt and Krista Thurber of Huffman, TX; daughter Stephanie Strickland and husband Chris of Willis, TX as well as her dear sister Margie Roderick of Crosby, TX. Robbie also leaves behind 10 adoring grandchildren and a large extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Casas, Gerald McDonald, Michael Odom, Michael Purswell, Derrick Martin, and Montana Hardin.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 also at Sterling White Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
