Roy Thomas Dase

   Roy Thomas Dase age 69, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 6, 2017. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 17, 1948 to Lillian Mattick Dase and Roy Emil Dase. He enjoyed traveling and camping, was very active in his church and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a very sweet and wonderful husband, a sincere and kind man who was always smiling and cracking jokes and will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

   He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Emil Dase; and daughter, Meredith Dase.  Roy is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanie Dase; mother, Lillian Dase; brothers, Larry Dase and wife Espiranza, William Dase and wife Pamela, and Frank Dase; stepchildren, Angel Stephens, Phillip Stephens, Tammy Pomeleo, Kathy Strong and Michael Strong; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

   A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, on Monday September 11, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., followed by services in Sterling-White Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Sterling-White Cemetery.
