William Bernard CoVan, 74, of Highlands, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. He was born on July 30, 1946, in Houston, Texas to George Thomas CoVan and Lodessie Marie Phillips CoVan.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
William was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lodessie CoVan; sister, Wanda Thomas; sister, Joyce Harris; and brother, George CoVan Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda CoVan; son, Matthew Wayne CoVan and wife Christy; son, Daniel Scott CoVan and wife Cathryn; daughter, Cassidy CoVan Dominguez and husband Jose; sister, Patsy Caldwell and husband Jim; grandchildren, Bailee CoVan, Brynna CoVan, Brockton CoVan, Liam CoVan, Orien Dominguez, Marlow Dominguez, Jude Dominguez, and Briar Dominguez; and a host of extended family and friends.
Serving the family as Pallbearers will be Mike Carr, Nani Deole, Jesse Heinsohn, Larry Josey, Darrol Vincent, and Forest White.
The recitation of the Rosary will begin at 1:00pm on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crosby, followed by a visitation for family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will start at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery. The family would love for everyone to join them at the CoVans’ to visit and share memories following the services. For those unable to attend the services, this will be around 5:00.
